Client Connect Privacy Policy

Client Connect Digital Media LLC ("Client Connect," "we," "us," or "our")

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to clientconnect.plus, the Client Connect software and mobile app, and the services we provide to our clients (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

Contact information: your name, business name, address, phone number, and email address, when you ask for information, book a call, or sign up.

Account and business information: details you provide during onboarding, such as your business description, logo, photos, email signatures, calendar settings, and the names and email addresses of your users.

Billing information: your billing name and address. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our systems.

Communications: emails, texts, calls, chat messages, and support requests between you and us.

Information stored in your account

When you use the Services, you upload and create information about your own clients and prospects, such as their names, contact details, notes, appointments, and message history. Section 3 explains how we handle that information.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website or use the Services, we and our service providers collect standard technical information through cookies and similar tools. This includes your browser type and language, device and operating system, IP address, pages viewed, and links clicked. A cookie on your device also keeps you logged in.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Set up, provide, and support the Services

Process payments and manage your account

Communicate with you about your account, onboarding, billing, and changes to the Services

Send you updates and marketing about Client Connect, which you can opt out of at any time

Troubleshoot problems and improve the Services

Protect against fraud, misuse, and security problems

Meet our legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions

3. Your Clients' and Prospects' Information

The contact records and other information you store in your account belong to you. We handle that information only to provide the Services to you and only on your instructions. We do not use it to market to your contacts, and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for having the right to collect and use the information you store, for the consent of the people you message, and for following the privacy rules that apply to your business.

4. Text Messaging

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about your account, onboarding, appointments, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages.

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Service providers. Companies that help us deliver the Services, under agreements that limit their use of the information to that work. These include Go High Level (the software platform behind the Services), Stripe (payments), and the phone, text, email, and AI providers connected to the platform, such as Twilio, Mailgun, and OpenAI.

At your direction. When you connect another tool to your account, such as a calendar, Zoom, Facebook, or LinkedIn, information is shared with that tool as needed for the connection to work. Those tools handle information under their own privacy policies.

Legal reasons. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, a subpoena, or a court order, or is needed to investigate fraud, enforce our Terms & Conditions, or protect the rights and safety of Client Connect, our clients, or others.

Business transfer. If Client Connect is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner, which would remain bound by this policy until it is updated.

We may share information that does not identify anyone, such as overall usage statistics.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar tools to run the website, keep you logged in, and understand how the Services are used. We may use analytics and advertising services, such as those offered by Google, which use cookies to measure visits and to show ads based on prior visits to our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings or at www.aboutads.info.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. When an account is canceled, the account and the data in it may be deleted after the end of the final paid period, as described in our Terms & Conditions. Some information may remain in backup copies for a limited time after deletion.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, and our service providers maintain their own safeguards. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent or stored through the Services. Keep your login details private and tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we are required to keep by law.

Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We will still send messages about your account and billing.

Text messages. Reply STOP to any text.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, including California's. We will respond to requests as that law requires, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

If you are someone's client or prospect. If one of our clients has your information in their account and you want it changed or removed, contact that business directly. If you contact us, we will pass your request to them.

The Services are intended for businesses in the United States. Information is stored and processed in the United States.

10. Children

The Services are for business use and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and we will email clients about material changes before they take effect.
