1. Platform Use & Service Description
Client Connect provides marketing systems, automation workflows, lead-nurture tools, CRM organization, and related digital services for independent insurance agents and agencies.
Our services are delivered through the Go High Level (GHL) software platform. Client Connect is an independent GHL agency and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by GHL. All users acknowledge that their account, data, and automations are technically hosted on the GHL system.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Client Connect provides tools, workflows, and optional management, but does not guarantee:
Response rates
Conversion rates
Booked appointments
Lead quality
Sales results
Income growth
Compliance outcomes
Any financial or business success
Your results depend on your own activity, product knowledge, follow-up, compliance practices, and industry conditions. All statements regarding potential outcomes are educational only and are not promises or assurances of results.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Maintain compliance within your state, carrier, and federal guidelines.
Use the CRM, calendar, and workflows as instructed.
Ensure accuracy of your contact lists and lead sources.
Monitor your outgoing campaigns and communications for correctness.
Respond to booked appointments in a timely manner.
Maintain your own email/SMS/phone compliance and registration (A2P 10DLC, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Client Connect is not responsible for your failure to follow compliance rules or for consequences arising from your own communications.
4. System Hosting & Third-Party Platforms
All Client Connect accounts and services are hosted on Go High Level, a third-party platform.
By using Client Connect, you acknowledge and agree that:
GHL controls and maintains the servers, software infrastructure, and core system functionality.
We do not guarantee GHL uptime or performance.
Temporary or extended outages, bugs, software updates, or API failures may occur.
Third-party vendors and integrations (email, phone, SMS, AI, scheduling tools, payment processors, etc.) may also experience issues outside our control.
You understand that platform interruptions are normal and expected in SaaS systems and do not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.
5. Technology Errors, Mistakes & Service Disruptions
While Client Connect uses a professional tech team and experienced staff, you acknowledge and agree that:
Mistakes may occur in setup, automation, workflows, or campaign logic.
Data errors, duplicate messages, system glitches, or unintended sends may occur.
Software updates or third-party outages may cause delays or unexpected behavior.
No system is error-free.
Client Connect is not liable for:
Lost contacts
DND flags
Missed appointments
Lost leads
Reputation harm
Compliance issues caused by user-provided content
Platform malfunctions
Employee or contractor errors
Third-party vendor interruptions
Any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
Your sole remedy for issues is a request for technical review and correction.
6. Lead Generation & Appointments
If your plan includes lead generation, reconnect campaigns, or booked appointments:
Leads are not guaranteed to respond, answer, or keep appointments.
No guarantee is made that any lead will purchase a product.
No guarantee is made regarding volume, timing, or quality of leads.
Appointment no-shows, cancellations, and unqualified prospects are normal.
All appointment-setting services are best-effort only.
7. Data & Privacy
Client Connect stores your contacts inside your dedicated GHL sub-account.
You retain ownership of your data.
You agree not to upload data you do not have legal permission to use.
8. Billing, Cancellations & Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically until canceled.
Due to the nature of digital services, all fees are non-refundable.
If you cancel:
You lose access to your GHL sub-account unless otherwise specified.
Your automations, data, and pipelines may be deleted.
It is your responsibility to export your data prior to cancellation.
9)Messaging, Usage Fees & Third-Party Costs
Client understands and agrees that all messaging-related usage—including SMS, MMS, email volume, phone calls, AI agent activity, voicemail drops, and other communication charges—are billed through their Client Connect account and are separate from subscription fees.
These usage charges originate from third-party infrastructure providers (including but not limited to Go High Level, LC-Phone, Twilio, Mailgun, OpenAI, and other integrated vendors).
You acknowledge and agree that:
Messaging is not included in any subscription or onboarding fee unless explicitly stated in writing.
Usage fees are determined by third-party vendors and may change at any time.
You are solely responsible for all message volume and associated costs generated through your account.
No refunds or credits are provided for usage fees, including accidental sends, duplicated messages, automation errors, user error, or system malfunction.
You are responsible for monitoring your own usage and spend.
You agree that all messaging usage—including SMS, MMS, emails, phone minutes, voicemail drops, and AI activity—is billed through your Client Connect account. Usage fees may include charges from carriers, third-party vendors, platform infrastructure, and Client Connect service-related costs. These fees are separate from subscription fees and are the full responsibility of the client.
By using the platform, you accept that messaging and communication fees are variable, usage-based, and billed through your Client Connect account.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client Connect’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the most recent 30 days of service.
Client Connect is not liable for:
Lost sales
Lost commissions
Lost business opportunities
Lost leads or contacts
Errors or outages within Go High Level
SMS/email/phone delivery failures
Third-party platform downtime
AI response errors or incorrect output
User errors, misconfiguration, or non-use of the system
You acknowledge the system is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Client Connect harmless from any claims, damages, fines, or legal issues resulting from:
Non-compliant marketing
Misuse of the system
Incorrect or misleading content you provide
Illegal uploading of contacts or lists
TCPA/CAN-SPAM violations
Actions taken by third-party platforms
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
